Returns & Refunds policy

On the SecondLife virtual platform we do not offer any refunds, even under mistaken purchases, as you have already received the product and that cannot be undone; It is the customer's sole responsibility to pick and choose the correct product and we do our best to make a point of which avatar or situation the product is for so that the customer can make an appropriately informed decision.

However if there is any problems with any our products we will do our best to correct it as soon as possible.
